Do you Qualify?

Senior Operational Excellence and Business Transformation executives will be attending from leading companies across the USA. We qualify all attendees on job function and strategic responsibility to ensure you’re guaranteed to meet and engage with an elite group of OPEX professionals.

Every attendee must have an active project (or multiple projects) within their operational excellence function, and must answer ‘yes’ to two of the following criteria in order to gain an invitation:

• My company’s annual turnover is $1 billion or above
• I control or directly influence where the operational excellence / BPM / process improvement budget is spent
• I control or directly influence corporate strategy at regional, divisional or group level
• I have an active requirement for these solutions within the next 6-12 months
• I have a personal annual budget of $1 million or above
